The meeting believes that the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and the national governance system have significant advantages in many aspects, serving as the basis for our firm "four self-confidences". The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has made a major strategic decision to adhere to and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity from a strategic height of the overall development of the Party and the country. The meeting stressed that the CBIRC system should more closely unite around the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, firm up confidence, and work solidly to contribute to adhering to and improving the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, achieving the "two centenary goals", and realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation!
The meeting required that Party organizations at all levels of the CBIRC should earnestly grasp the study, publicity, and implementation of the plenary session spirit, take the implementation of the plenary session spirit as an important political, leadership, and work responsibility, consciously align with the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, and quickly unify their thinking and actions with the plenary session spirit.
